I just googled it and got some cute pictures, did you try that? Good luck!
Oooh, that's a tricky one. You could always go back to the old idea of printing off a picture of one and cutting the 9x13 cake to match or I have even just used frosting to create a picture on a rectangle cake.
Now, bear in mind that I am a second rate cake decorator. I am sure you will get some better advice in the comments that follow. Happy decorating. Think Wheezy (Toy Story.)

Ask Costco! They have a GIANT cake book. They have to have a penguin in there.
